Made with 100% Melon de Bourgogne fermented traditionally in underground vats. It is aged its lees for 12 months and bottled without fining or flitration. Fresh aromas of green apple and citrus fruit with a fruity and refreshing mouthfeel. Ideal serves with oysters, seafood and soft cheeses.
