Deep ruby red colour. This Merlot spends 14 months in new and used oak barrels, the aromas offer generous fruit with blackberry, plum, and kirsch with notes of black pepper and licorice. Rich flavours of dark fruit and chocolate on the palate with notes of vanilla, black pepper and toasted nuts. Ideal with game and cheese.
