This Pinot Noir is sourced from a block of 30-year-old vines at Butler's Grant Vineyard. It is fermented using wild yeast in open-top fermenters, resulting in delightful flavours of raspberry, cherry and baking spices. Red fruit and juicy acidity are framed by silky tannins and a lengthy finish. Pair with soft cheeses.
