Commandaria is the most famous wine in Cyprus, it is produced with late harvest, sun-dried grapes and aged in oak barrels. Intense aromas of bergamot, quince, fig and honey. The fruit and honey notes are complemented by nutty and toffee flavours on the finish. Pairs well with blue cheese, dark chocolate and citrus fruit.
