Sourced from vines grown in the high-elevation limestone soils of the Palatinate, this Pinot is bright and floral with just a touch of oak from ageing in large casks and offers a chalk-laced minerality on the finish. A great representation of a cool-climate German red, it will pair beautifully with bierock (a traditional German meat-and-sauerkraut pastry sandwich).
