Matured for 14 months in French oak. Sandalwood and salted licorice rise up out of the glass, fighting for place over the blackberry bramble, blood plum and raspberry coulis. This is a gorgeous, opulent wine of grace and poise. There are layers upon layers of velvety flavour here. Luxurious, sybaritic, and bloody delicious. Drink by: 2031. Score - 95.
