This wine is sourced from the highest-elevation Chardonnay plantings that Maison de Montille has to offer, with an average vine age of 25 years. It's a well-balanced, easily approachable wine with plenty of nuance, minerality and complexity, offering flavours of ripe white peach, green apple, starfruit and chamomile, with a saline minerality on the finish.
