Stark reality of riesling but truth is there is some fleshy character and so it would seem a specific vintage is involved. Aromatic enough, a minor key of yeastiness and almost chewy for sparkling wine. If the sugars are just a bit elevated that's OK because the acid and mousse air keep the balance.
