Two distinct casks are used in the maturing of this whisky, Sherry casks and American oak casks. Gentle smoke with sweet butter and toffee aromas gives way to complex flavours of dried fruit dark chocolate and delicate smokiness. Full-bodied, rich and sweet with a building spiciness on the finish. Sip neat or over ice.
