This blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Petit Verdot begins with aromas of charred coffee beans, blistered black plums and cherries, with accents of lilac and dried beef. The roasted flavors extend across the palate, bringing together espresso, soy, charred meat and dark fruit. The tannins are polished yet hefty. Score - 94.
