This wine is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, and the late-ripening, ancient indigenous variety Limnio. Limnio brings body and a characterful herbaceous quality to the blend. The wine was fermented in stainless steel and aged for one year in French oak. It's a complex mix of ripe dark fruit, cherry, plum and spice, with a long, lively finish. Perfect for beef or lamb.
