Sawanoi Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 50%. Expect fresh aromas of white peach and white flowers with notes of sweet peas, spice and a touch of vanilla. Soft with a rich mouthfeel and a long vigorous finish. Pair with seafood and spicy dishes.
