Nicaragua's Flor de Caña 25-Year-Old was named best rum of the year at the 2017 International Rum Conference in Madrid. It is dark amber in colour, with forward vanilla and dark cocoa aromas. Full bodied with nutty caramel notes and a long mellow finish. Perfect with Dolce de Leche cheesecake, pecan pie, or Crème Caramel.
