For this Single Vineyard, winemaker Juan Pablo Murgia selects organically managed vineyards in the Paraje Altamira zone in the south of the Uco Valley, planted on soils of alluvial origin from the Tunuyán River. This wine has its own light, the flowers and black cherries from Altamira appear on the nose and are savored on the palate, along with a bright acidity that moves, refreshing everything in its path. This is a cheerful, vibrant wine with energetic flavors. A new-school malbec to accompany steak tartare. Score - 95. (Descorchados, 2023)
