The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Displaying a deep garnet-purple color, it needs a fair bit of swirling to unlock its beautifully pure notes of crushed black cherries and wild blueberries with hints of menthol and tilled soil. The medium to full-bodied palate is solidly structured with firm, fine-grained tannins, supporting the intense earth and black fruit layers, finishing long and energetic. Drink date: 2023-2049.
