The village-level Morey blanc from Dujac is surprisingly ripe for the vintage yet does not depart from the logic of the year, with fresh acidity, medium body, and forward apricot fruit aromas. The wine shows appealing notes of minerals and white flowers, and there is tension and structure on the palate but enough density and richness to finish with a lovely round note. Usually, the whites are crushed before pressing, but this was not the case in 2021. Fermented in tank and finished in cask (20% new). Drinking window: 2025-2045. Score - 92.
