The 2021 vintage was particularly warm in Niagara, making for wines that acclimatized well to extensive oak ageing. The 19 months spent in old oak foudres gives this wine flavours of dark cherry and mocha, plus a lightly chalky minerality on the finish. Drink or cellar until 2028+.
