Peterborough's Persian Empire is the first in Canada to make this traditional Persian spirit from raisins and dates. Arack Saggi is unflavoured, unlike its anise-infused cousin Arack. The result is a soft, semi-sweet, neutral spirit with a soft finish. Great chilled with Mezes or with Middle Eastern pastries.
