This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from La Crema's estate vineyards and cool-fermented in stainless steel. It's fresh, lifted, mouth-watering and long, with citrus, melon and strawberry tones and a smooth, savoury finish. Quite the charmer! Give it a go with roast chicken, or vegan polenta with balsamic roasted vegetables and chickpeas.
