Made by Viña Carmen, one of Chile's most recognized wineries, this sauvignon blanc over-delivers with lovely aromas and flavours of grapefruit, freshly cut grass, kiwi, gooseberry and chamomile. It is light to medium-bodied, extra dry, with a refreshingly balanced finish. Serve it as an aperitif or with grilled white fish.
