Tribute to owner from 1937, Johann Graue, wine is a cab-led, 5-way Bordeaux blend. Still powerful but fresher, more refined in 2019. Serious oaking, 30 months, part new barrels, well integrated into concentrated fruit core. Already approachable but structured for many years of drinking pleasure. Score - 94.
