Out of the bottle this dram is bright lemon in colour; attractive aromas of citrus fruit, ginger, peat smoke and vanilla. A medium-bodied and oaky palate, with flavours of sweet vanilla, black pepper and toasty oak carry through to a dry finish that is long, elegant and well balanced.
