Barley Days was established in 2007, as Prince Edward County's first craft brewery. This dark ale has aromas of chocolate and dark-roast coffee, caramel, brown sugar and a hint of smoke. Flavours follow suit, with mocha, brown sugar and spicy notes. The finish is long, smooth and balanced. Serve with sticky toffee pudding.
