Brothers Kevin and Michael Sirko opened the brewery in 2017 and named it after the Battle of Vimy Ridge. Look for aromas and flavours of apple, citrus, cereal grain and pear. Extra notes of fresh bread and floral notes lead to a medium-bodied and dry palate with a refreshingly crisp finish. Try with pulled pork poutine.
