This boutique winery was established in 2005 in Ontario's emerging wine region, Huron Shores. Medium-straw with inviting notes of peach, yellow apple and lemon. Light-bodied and crisp with a refreshingly clean finish, this is well-suited for weekend brunch or ham and Swiss grilled cheese sandwich and kettle chips.
