Sombra - which translates to shadow in Spanish - was created by famed sommelier Richard Betts, in an effort to establish a quality mezcal that is ideal for mixing. This offers full agave flavour with vanilla and white pepper followed by a lightly smoked finish. This is perfect for pulled pork and grilled pineapple sliders.
