A bit more earthy and Escarpment soil driven cabernet franc from specialist Cave Spring out of the 2021 vintage, warm one at that though not fully arid. Cran-pom-currant notes and a bit dusty but also with a high-toned balsamic component. Pretty ripe in the base and necessary way actually and so while savoury it's well ahead of the green pyrazine curve. Another winner and bloody well right representative for the Beamsville Bench.
