This rare Ontario white Bordeaux blend is composed of 54% Sauvignon Blanc from 25-year-old vines and 46% Semillon from 10-year-old vines. It's intense, complex and floral while staying very elegant, loaded with grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, herbs, and oak spice. Try it with Mediterranean-style baked white fish.
