An award-winning home brewer since 2009, Brad Clifford established his Hamilton microbrewery in 2015. His American pale ale exhibits aromas of guava, pineapple and pine followed by a creamy palate with a malty body and flavours of grain and spice. The finish has a typical APA hoppy bitterness. Serve with grilled sausages.
