Aged 14 years and finished in Montilla Fino sherry casks. Floral aromas with heather, honey, apple cake, citrus and marzipan, lead to flavours of spice, caramelized fruit, smoke and brine. Full and rich on the palate with notes of sweet smoke, coffee and sherry on a lingering finish. Serve neat or with a few drops of water.
