The Walkerville Brewery is inspired by over 120 years of history. Named after the rum-running cargo tug Geronimo, this hop-driven IPA leads with pronounced bitterness, followed by a balanced malty sweetness and flavours of caramel, biscuit and citrus. Serve with grilled salmon, curries or a charcuterie platter.
