High River is blended by Canadian Drew Mayville, Master Blender at Sazerac. Pale amber in the glass, with charred oak providing a smoky counterpoint to aromas of caramel, vanilla and brown sugar. Smooth and sweet on the palate, with sweet corn and caramel flavours framed by peppery and spicy notes on a warm finish.
