The 2017 vintage was hot and dry, resulting in an early yet abundant harvest for rich, age-worthy wines. This blend of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Sezão (formerly Sousão/Souzão) is elegant and plump, with notes of blackberry, dark cherry, licorice root, and sweet tobacco. It will drink well now or can be cellared into 2028 and beyond.
