A step up from the regular. Selected and extra aged for a minimum of 10 yrs. Moderate amber colour. Nose is reticent but complex with notes of cream, caramel/vanilla, burnt wood, new oak and spice. The palate is smooth and rich with flavours of vanilla, dried fruit, apricot and leather. Sweet spicy notes on the long finish.
