This Torrontés is fermented in stainless steel to preserve the most delicate floral and fruit tones. It's fermented in Salta and then moved to Mendoza for final ageing and bottling. Expect a bright, fresh, vibrant wine, with finessed peach, lychee, citrus, and a gorgeous floral character.
