Ideal conditions created by a combination of altitude, ocean influence and perfect soils allow Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to do very well in Limoux. This fresh wine shows well-set peach, apple, citrus, wet stone, and a rich texture from the lees ageing. A lovely match for a creamy chicken dish.
