The Sauvignon Blanc for this Bordeaux-inspired blend was fermented in stainless steel, while the Semillon was fermented in French oak. Together they create this aromatic, richly textured wine. It's bold and savoury, with tropical fruit, apple, melon, peach, mango, vanilla, and a stony minerality. Elegant and quite fine, it will be superb with seafood, pork, or Gouda cheese.
