The Corvina grape comes from the morainic hills of Valpolicella, the Raboso grape and the Refosco grape is selected in the Veneto zone. Produced using a traditional Veronese technique that involves brief drying of the grapes. Aged in Slavonian oak for 12 months, this wine has well structured tannins that are balanced with the alcohol giving robust roundness.
