Named after the founder of the distillery, James Allardice this whisky is matured in Olorosso Sherry casks. Deep golden in colour with aromatics of sweet fudge and morello cherries. Rich and dark with flavours of stewed fruit, allspice, toasted walnuts and chocolate marry well on a complex and lengthy palate.
