This Carmenère is fermented in stainless steel, preserving the bright fruit but also ensuring the wine's noted soft, velvety tannins. It's broad-shouldered and ripe, with lots of intense dark fruit, vanilla and chocolate, plus an earthy undertone. Made using partially dried fruit, this Amarone-style take on Carmenère makes for a truly unique wine.
