Local Harvest Gin is distilled using vapour infusion to gently balance the delicate flavours from ten botanicals, many of which are foraged in Northern Ontario. A refreshing grain-to-glass spirit with flavours of juniper, sweet anise and citrus on the palate, balanced by notes of grapefruit, cinnamon, cloves and black tea.
