This Champagne is 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Blanc. It's an interesting blend from some of the winemaker's and oenologist's best parcels. Fragrant and round with a fine mousse, with slight toffee and spice aromas enveloping a core of white peach and brioche. (Not Applicable)
