A finely crafted, floral cool-climate Chardonnay that was 50% fermented in stainless steel and 50% fermented in French oak. It's bursting with fresh peach, pear, apple, melon, tropical fruit and toasty oak atop a refined stone-laced minerality. Try it with roast pork or mushroom risotto.
