Named after one of the oldest lighthouses in Japan. It's pale yellow with subtle aromas of lemongrass, nectarine and banana peel. A medium-bodied and fruity palate shows nuances of toasty oak, orange blossom and beeswax. The finish is long and graceful. Serve neat after dinner or pair it with apple crumble.
