This unique sparkler was made to celebrate Pine Ridge's 25th anniversary; it's a bubbly nod to the experimental still blend they first produced from Chenin Blanc and Viognier in 1995. The base wine was made from Chenin, with a splash of Viognier added in the dosage. A fresh, tangy wine that offers lifted florals, bright fruit flavours and a touch of spice.
