This pours medium depth bright pink. It has quite lifted, fragrant nose of candied red fruit, currant and an almost botanical herbal note that I like, and subtle pastry. It is medium weight, off-dry and quite intensely flavoured. Good acidity cuts the richness, and the finish is rather dry. The length is excellent. Chill fairly well. Last tasted November 2023.
