This brewery is located in the vibrant Junction neighbourhood in downtown Guelph. Pouring a hazy gold, this flagship IPA has lively aromas and flavours of mango, pineapple and peach with a hint of citrus and hops. It's light-bodied and refreshing with a palate-cleansing finish. Serve with Mexican-inspired tilapia over rice.
