Skin is a wine with character - a LOT of character. The wine was fermented and then aged for 12 months, with skins, in a clay amphora. It has a great structure and a uniquely saline finish. Highly awarded, and distinctly delicious. V2018: 95, Descorchados; 94, Tim Atkin; 93, Suckling
