The 70% Greco Bianco+20% Ansonica+10% Pecorello is fermented in steel tanks then aged in these same tanks for about 6 months. This wine speaks of places, a beach running along the edge of the vineyard. It is ideal for an aperitif as it pairs well with many styles of food.
