This wine is a fully self-sustained effort from Featherstone. Grapes are sourced exclusively from their own vineyard plantings and undergo 100% wild-yeast fermentation. Featherstone even sources oak for the barrels from surrounding forests. This ecological wine shows flavours of green apple, toasted walnut, butter, and hints of maple wood smoke.
